Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 Shipping times may be longer than expected, but as a general rule, you should have delivery of your Metal Print, within 10 Days Worldwide.

Standard delivery times of our prints are:

  • Europe 3-6 Days
  • Rest of World 7-10 Days

Production Time : 1-2 business days


Tracking is available on your shipment by using the Tracking Number you will receive when the order is Shipped. You can Track Your Order by clicking the link. It is also in the Footer our Home Page. 

Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of your Metal Print.

Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Prints, the Metal Print Products ordered will be delivered in a single delivery.

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the deadlines specified above.

If the Art Prints you ordered have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer's fault, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in Articles L 216-2 L 216-3 L241-4 of the Consumer Code.

The sums paid by the Client will then be returned to you within 14 days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.

Deliveries of our Metal Prints are made by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer at the time of the order and to which the carrier will be able to easily access.

The Customer therefore acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and has no recourse in warranty against the Seller in the event of failure to deliver the transported goods.

In the event of a particular request from the Customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the ordered prints, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be the subject of a specific additional invoice, based on an estimate previously accepted in writing by the Customer.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the Metal print products delivered.

You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to formulate any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered Products (for example damaged parcel already opened...), with all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular).

After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products shall be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no claim shall be validly accepted by the Seller.

We shall refund or replace as soon as possible and at our own expense, the delivered Prints whose defects in conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (see guarantees, in particular).
